(August 22) The third plenary session of Beijing Olympic training coordination group was held on the afternoon of 21st August. Zhu Shanlu, the permanent member of Municipal Committee, leader of Beijing Olympic Training Coordination Team presented the meeting and delivered a speech. He required every ember unit of the Coordination Team should advance the Olympic training of the whole city with high-standard, high quality and high efficiency. Li Binghua, BOCOG executive vice-president, deputy team leader of the Coordination Team presided over the meeting.
The meeting has listened to the working sum-up since the second plenary session and the work placement of the second half year by the Coordination Team; studied the volunteer training scheme of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games; discussed the analysis report of the phased progress of Olympic training in the whole city. At the meeting, directors of each member unit have discussed the plan for the next step.
Zhu Shanlu has made a speech, combining the studies and understanding of the Olympic training indicative spirit of municipal committee, government and BOCOG. He has fully affirmed the work of every member unit and coordination team office since the second plenary session. He pointed out the key to the success of the Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games depended on talents; bring up high-quality talents mainly relied on training; while do a good job of training should firstly enhance cognition. Every team member must strengthen the study, reach a common understanding, deepen the understanding, and improve the sense of duty and sense of urgency to the Olympic training.
Zhu pointed out the Olympic training should aim at the goal, stress the key points, distinguish the level and promote in an all-round way. Should possess strong service mind and overall consciousness. Popularize the use of the general training materials, thoroughly conduct the activity of "meet Olympic Games, promote civilization, and set up new model", strengthen the post training and vocational education, and improve the service. Should grasp the Paralympic training and boost the exchange guidance to the six co-host cities.
Zhu demanded every coordination team member should further enforce the organization and lead to the Olympic training, strengthen organizing system construction and theoretical research, enhance the building of training base and teaching group, intensify the supervising and propaganda, make positive contribution to successful holding a "characteristic, high-level" Olympic Games and realizing the strategic thought of "New Beijing, Great Olympics".

Take serving and ensuring the Olympic preparation as the centre, deepen the fulfilling of Olympic training.
